We were excited to visit this place and try something new, but to our surprise the place was not at all accommodating. There is no enough space and staff is not trained at all. The Ac was not working, only a small fan was there. When we entered the space it was suffocating. My baby cousin was with me and because she was getting direct fan, we requested the staff to switch it off. There was no space to move at all. Then the food came and again was not up to the mark. But was spicy, so my baby cousin had to just eat plain rice. As there was no Ac and we requested the staff to switch off our fan, we soon started feeling uncomfortable with the heat. So I asked the staff to switch it on, she did. But later it started giving us a burning sensation, I asked the staff to switch it off. And then after some time, I requested to switch it ON. To be honest, I understand it could be frustrating to meet unrealistic and illogical demands of customers, but what we were asking was genuine and based on our comfort. The 4th time when I requested, the lady refused to switch it ON on my face. I got really angry. First of all, we are paying to be there and enjoy a good meal in a comfortable environment but if you can't provide the basic service then there is no use of keeping an unique theme with zero understanding of customers time, money...

Firstly, I had to wait for 40 minutes before someone came to take my order. Despite being a busy evening, it was no excuse for such a long wait. Additionally, no one came to inform me of the delay or even offer a drink to hold me over.
When I finally tried to address the issue, the owner was incredibly rude and dismissive. They showed no empathy towards my frustration, and didn't even offer an apology for the wait. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry and shows a lack of respect for their customers.
Even worse, the waiters themselves had a poor attitude and were not attentive to any of our needs. They were unfriendly and seemed to be going through the motions without any real interest in serving us.
Ultimately, I had to leave the restaurant without even placing an order due to the lack of service. It's a shame that a potentially great dining experience was ruined by such terrible customer service.
Overall, I would strongly advise anyone looking for a good dining experience to avoid this restaurant at all costs. The poor service and attitude from the staff are not worth any potential good food...
