Yesterday, i.e. on 29th of may it was my bestie's birthday. I along with some of my friends wanted to make it special for her. The former day I visited the hotel and asked about the decorations. They assured me about it and charged rps 500 (only for the decorations) I paid rps 200 as advance. The next day when we reached there there were only 4 balloons in the name of decoration. My anger was at the top of my head, though we ordered food. The food was very bad and charges were high. They couldn't even serve us with chilled water. On a scale of 1 to 10 - 1 being poor 10 being excellent ×× Food 7 - Ambiance 5 - Cleanleness 7 - Accessibility from city centre 5 - Food presentation 3 ....... Sound system is antique and needs to be upgraded ....Menu card need a make over ....... Food was ok ... price was a tad too much on the high side ... zero food presentation ... if it's Ethnic I don't see why Biryani and Chinese and what not is on the menu ...moreover why use SS plates ... the worst part is they don't have a hot cupboard so if you order more than 2-3 dishes do expect it to be cold and congealed ... all said n done would visit the place again... just one more time to see if they have upgraded .......

Ambient is good with well maintained hygiene. Foods are tasty but some are on costlier side. Good place to have ethnic food but their main problem is delay in serving foods, takes so much time, we waited for around 50 minutes to have our lunch because that day they were concentrating on a group and they ignored the order of three people. One of my personal suggestion is that price of boil chicken with bamboo shoot is much higher, gravy amount is not enough not for a single person. Earlier their amount were fair enough but as days passes their service also degrades, but as an ethnic restaurant in Dibrugarh , we want them to do well. Hope they will notice...
