Unfortunately, the food served the fries that were delivered were smelly and inedible.

The fries had a very unpleasant odor, and the taste was terrible. It was clear that they were not fresh and had been sitting around more than an hour while before being served consecutively for the second time again.

Furthermore, the service that I received was equally disappointing. The staff was unresponsive, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service skills. The overall experience was so unpleasant that I left the restaurant feeling dissatisfied and disappointed.

As a customer, I believe that this kind of experience is unacceptable, and it is damaging the brand image of Dominos. The brand that I have always trusted for quality and service has let me down.

I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that this kind of experience does not happen again in the future. I would appreciate it if you could also provide me with compensation for the terrible experience that I had to endure.

Unprofessional branch manager. Careless attitude. No courtesy call. Tried calling the center, no one picks up. This center service is very poor.

09 Sep - delivered damaged pizza.

24 Sep - Delivered late and the garlic bread was not baked properly. ₹300 was added to dominos wallet.

6 Oct - Ordered at 7.43 PM. No calls received from branch. Raised a ticket. Tried calling store manager several times. She finally picked up at 9.30 and when i asked about my order, she lied that it is on the way. I asked her to cancel it. After that the delivery person called me and asked for location. I told him that i do not want stale pizza.

I used to recommend dominos to my contacts. Not any more. I have been a loyal dominos customer for the past 16 years from the time I was in Bangalore.

You guys just lost a customer. I will switch to Pizza hut from now on because I know no positive changes to retain clients like me...

I recently visited Domino's Pizza located on Lokhra Road and ordered a Taco along with Garlic Bread and a Coke. The Taco left much to be desired as it was unexpectedly hard, almost resembling a naan with kebab filling. However, the Garlic Bread was satisfactory. Overall, I rate my experience a 4 out of 5.

On the bright side, the service was exceptional, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The staff was attentive and courteous, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant also scored a respectable 4 out of 5, contributing positively to the overall ambiance.
