I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from your restaurant on 29.10.2023 My order number is 111/ 121.

To provide a detailed account of the events that transpired, I placed an order with your establishment at 8:34 PM, with the promise of a 30-minute guarantee. However, at 9:05 PM, I received a call from your delivery person indicating that they were still at the outlet, and it appeared they had no intention of delivering my order within the promised timeframe.

I was encouraged by your representative to place a new order at 9:20 PM, with the assurance that I would receive a discount. Regrettably, my ordeal continued when I received a call from your delivery person at 10:23 PM, (out for delivery texted received at 10:08) stating that there were issues with the address and suggesting that his app displayed two addresses, which is an absurd claim. And as per my app, the delivery person was still at the outlet at this time.

In the end, due to these series of unfortunate events, I went to bed very hungry as no other suitable options were available at that late hour.

I would like to draw your attention to the following key issues:

Failure to honor the 30-minute guarantee as advertised on your app. Mismanagement of orders and multiple false assurances of timely delivery. Lack of coordination and communication between your restaurant and delivery personnel.

These experiences are not only disappointing but also unacceptable. I would like to request the following actions to address this matter promptly:

An explanation for the multiple delivery failures and mismanagement. Assurance that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

I believe that your restaurant should adhere to the standards and promises made to consumers.

Worst pizza eaten from dominos ever. The cheese in cheese burst was sour and tasted bad and paneer was also dry and sour. Ingredients used were old and stale. My location is being served by this outlet now and this was my first time experiencing ordering from this outlet and horrible experience. Appeal to Dominos to check this store’s quality control standards as it’s a very big health risk serving this kind of pizzas. When restaurant contacted after getting the complaint and I asked him to send person to collect pizza and check the same, the person speaking arrogantly replies send picture of pizza we will see the picture and know if the pizza is tasting sour or not based on our experience. Sent him the pictures but no reply yet. I don’t know what kind of employees this restaurant is hiring who can know if the pizza has tuned sour just based on whatsapp pictures.

Bottom line : please avoid...

Recently visited for Lunch, we tried their combo meals of Rs99 and Rs 199 and both the meals were very delicious.It is a good go to budget friendly meal. If two people wants to eat under a budget they can take one meal of Rs 99 and another meal of Rs 199.

Only drawback is that sometimes the choco bomb is not available but the staff is very cooperative they replace that with chicken parcel which is very tasty. I tried their chicken popcorn and to be honest I found it better than kfc’s chicken popcorn, it was very flavourful. Their dessert items are also very good, I tried both choco bomb and choco lava loved both of them.
