I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Domino's that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. We had made a reservation in advance for our students gathering, but to our dismay, Domino's canceled it at the last minute without any proper communication or explanation.
When we arrived at the location, we were informed that our reservation was not honored. The staff seemed unconcerned and offered no solutions or alternatives. This left us scrambling to find another place to accommodate our group, which was incredibly stressful and inconvenient.
To make matters worse, the lack of communication from Domino's was appalling. We received no prior notice about the cancellation, which would have at least allowed us to make other arrangements ahead of time. The entire situation was handled poorly, reflecting a complete disregard for customer service and satisfaction.
Overall, this experience has severely damaged my perception of Domino's. Their inability to manage reservations and their unprofessional handling of the situation make it hard to recommend them. Read moreI ordered a pizza from Domino’s and it was delivered on time. But a while later, I got a call from a girl claiming to be from Domino’s. She said their delivery boy had mistakenly delivered my order without OTP verification and asked me to share the OTP she would send.
Soon after, I got a message. When I checked, I saw it was a Login OTP, not a delivery OTP. I told her this, but she kept insisting it was for delivery. When I refused, she changed her words and said it was actually for feedback.
This clearly means she was trying to log into my Domino’s account from her own phone and submit feedback pretending to be me. Luckily, I noticed in time and didn’t share the OTP. I also have the full voice recording of the call.

I am standing there at the counter and the lady doesn’t even looked at me for more than 15 mins and than asking me to order from the app but was entertaining other customers . I told her that I m here and want to done in plus earlier whenever I have ordered online most of the times I got calls from the store stating unavaibility of items u have ordered and change it so u want to dine in and order here. After that the lady didn’t say much was looking at me as if u have done some crime.
