Why Dominoz not able to know till now that the staff’s behaviour are very bad here, specially the main girl in the counter. 1. She is always busy with her phone. Please check you cctv camera and see how she often use her whatsapp. She doesn’t talk to customers, we have ask 2-3 times then only she will reply. 2. Tables are dirty, they don’t clean. 3. Staff talks among themselves in loud sound. The atmosphere is waste. Have visited many dominoz outlets, this is the worst ever.

Domino's Pizza's new Dharapur brach after Adabari. Although Domino's have very strong network, but provide poor service in dine in sometimes. No place to sit in Dharapur Domino's. I have to wait very long time as the staffs are always busy in serving online orders. As a Dine in customer, I've got very poor service from Dharapur Domino's. Food taste is also not satisfactory though they present a very good looking pizza.

It's a very small Domino's outlet. I have seen only 8 chairs. However, the place is not crowded at all. So it was not an issue in my last visit. The food was good. Service is also satisfactory. Staff behaviour is good. The outlet is slightly not in an eye-catching place. A small parking space is available in front of the outlet.

The staffs are too rude and they also try to take extra money for your pizza in case if you dont notice.Like once I went there to take my pizza ...So my total bill was around 226..but the person who was billing my order calculated the price on phone and told me it was 230..Then I immediately asked for a bill,he then told me it was 226..So when I asked him why he did not tell me the exact figure,he started behaving with me in a agressive tone.He started telling me that how he should know if I have 4 rupees change with me in a loud voice ..So I told him it's non of your concern of I have change or not.So please take care of such things..I never faced such situation in any places.First time for everything..And also,they do a lot of mistakes while...

While I was ordering my Domino’s order, they just cut the call at the moment and they didn’t reply me, and after some calls, they they say that we cannot deliver our order because there is no one available for delivery. I just tell them to deliver my order after 45 minutes or an hour, but they said that they cannot deliver, or what else they have the option. It’s the worst order. I have been deal with Domino’s, and I am gonna complain it till the highest as I can. also, the store manager or whoever he is, I have talked with is not in a good condition to talk. He’s in toxic or something. I don’t know about that, but he is not in a appropriate manner to solve the problem or to deliver or to...

"Horrible experience"

The other outlets in the city area is pretty good in service but this one "O GOD" man, what's going on with the employees I don't know , they are in their own zone discussing rubbish in with themselves. Many complaints are there. I went with my parents to have a good lunch there but the the one standing in the front, what's his issue man, we waited for like 1hour. It can be understood if there's a rush but we are the only customer present there. Very worse experience. Seriously like do Domino's Pizza really care about this outlet. There are many who is way better to give service and way better just don't bulk recruit anyone without...
