I used to visit this restaurant frequently with my friends and family, mostly on weekends. Being an explorer of different cuisines, I was quite satisfied with their food quality earlier, except for the occasional late service.

However, over the last two months, I have no idea what went wrong, but their food quality has sharply declined — to the point of being completely unacceptable. My most recent visit was truly disappointing. I thought maybe the previous two bad experiences were just temporary issues, so I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, it turned out even worse.

I had to wait for more than 45 minutes for a very simple order. Finally, I had to go to the counter myself to ask what happened. After some time, they only served me fries, which tasted like plain aloo bhaji with no salt at all. Again, I had to ask for the rest of my order, and after another 5 minutes they served their so-called “Crispy Fried Chicken.” But to my shock, it was undercooked — the outer coating was crunchy, but the chicken inside was raw, tasteless, and without salt.

This was totally unexpected, as their food used to be very good earlier. Sadly, the service and quality have gone down drastically. Even most of my friends have shared the same experience about their declining standards. I sincerely hope the management looks into these issues and restores the quality they were once known for.

Well well well have hard lots of falana dimkana about these place but it has really lead too so It was just 7:45pm n on peak sunday As i entered and ordered for biryani but they said we are out of stock(i would suggest change the name) 2ndly so funny as my brother was with me he forced me to have food out there As we ordered they asked for prepaid payment,it was not at all an issue But being an restaurant prepaid order seems to me like awkward Then the food came after a long without any service plate,spoon n all As we asked for some a lady came wid just a single plate 😂😂😂 I asked for some more n asked do you people ghost like that after people do order She replied “oh ami bhitorot ai thaku” Hw can a customer do ask for simple commodity if needed If no 1 is around No offense Engineer sahab kuch karo Nehi...

Honestly very surprised!!! The amount of food they provide at such a cheap rate is astonishing. Their combos are superb. The drinks and desserts are so good and yet at such a good price. I had burgers, and the patty inside was juicy and tasted freshly prepared. Chicken was on point , paired with their mayonnaise. Idk what they do to their mayonnaise but it's so good. Highly recommend, won't let you down! Although the AC not working properly, lack of proper airflow , the atmosphere was relatively good.
