Grandma's Roof cafe — Restaurant in Assam

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The customer service is extremely poor,the staff were unhelpful and downright rude. What’s even worse, they seemed to have no respect for customers’ privacy. Staff were openly peeking at our table while we were having a personal conversation, laughing among themselves, and repeatedly invading our private space. It felt intrusive and uncomfortable throughout the visit. The unprofessional behavior overshadowed everything else. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values basic respect and decent service. And this did not happen only once the inconvenience happened...

The worst cafe ever… The guy sitting in the reception attitude is like he own entire hojai… fan not working… when asked about AC he replied like its not the season for AC… Then when asked why everything is either broken or not working he replied with a tone like “apka man hai, aacha hai toh betho nahi toh chale jao” and the best thing is the serve...

The place is good with a nice ambiance. Had tried noodles & biryani here and the biryani was really very good. Though name says Roof cafe, but there is no roof top and is more like a restaurant rather than a cafe. But yes, yiu can definitely go...
