It was my first visit and so it was a pathetic response from the staff... We waited for 59 mins to get our food items without any interaction from the staff people. They didn't even bother to give a good response for how long we should wait. It takes time i better understand that but with a hungry stomach we waited for a very long period of time. We ordered 3 items not even a single item we got in a table so you know how it feels to wait for 1 hour. I am writing this to inform that at least give some good response to the customer and interact that you're preparing and it gonna take few mins. Staff was very much busy with their phn sorry no personal comment but whenever we were calling to ask how long it gonna take we're literally screaming and people around were watching at us but the funny moment is that they didn't even bothered to give attention. The only response we got is it will take 1 min but unfortunately that 1 min didn't came.So we went off. Thanks a lot for this response.. Not gonna visit...

Went there with my son and ordered Pizza as take away. We had to wait really almost 1 hour for the Pizza to be ready. So midway I requested the person behind the counter that since we are waiting for really long to give us a choco lava cake so that we can eat it while we wait. That then turned out the longest wait for Choco Lava cake and they managed to give it only after I requested for it again and again atleast twice. So the Pizza was also ready by then almost an hour after being ordered and spent another 30 minutes eating the chocolava cake with my infant son. Infact the person behind the counter wanted to know why I didn't order it along with the Pizza . So I think you should come prepared with what you want to eat or wait for loooong...
