Pizza Hut | NCS Square Mall Adabari, Guwahati — Restaurant in Assam

This is the nearest pizza place from my house. Domino's is also nearby but I'm more of a Hut girl. I'm v big on pizza but also v picky. For instance, I don't like all kinds of cheese, for which reason I don't prefer Domino's --- their cheese is way too buttery-grizzly-cheesy for my taste and the crust v crispy (yes I like it soggy!). I like Pizza Hut pizzas. All that being said, there are also a few unpleasant things about this Hut. Listen, I am a regular to this Hut so believe me --- I KNOW. So here goes:

Quantity: for how much they charge us+the taxes+all kinds of "fee", the product does not match up to it. Besides, there's barely any food on the table when half the pizza is crust.

Service: the people handling orders should be properly trained, man. Like, so many times that I've been there 5/10 times they make some sort of mistake. Some are even rude at times!

Cooking Staff: this has happened multiple times to me and my friends, but especially during festive seasons the pizzas are utterly disappointing. For instance, last year during Durga Puja, a pack of us went there and guess what? I reckon the cooking staff had all gone home. The pizza wasn't completely baked, the cheese and toppings unfixed to the surface.

Hygiene: saw rats and cockroaches.

Apart from the list above, it's all good. Great atmosphere, great washrooms.

Well, I have to say, I've never experienced such a bland pizza before. I was beginning to think I had lost my sense of taste altogether until I realized it was just the pizza. It was like a flavorless cardboard disc with some cheese and sauce slapped on top. And don't even get me started on their customer service! I might as well have been talking to a brick wall when I tried to make some special requests with my online order.

There are plenty of other pizza places in town that will knock your socks off with their flavor explosions and top-notch service.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a boring and tasteless pizza experience with zero customer service, this is the place for you. But if you have even a shred of love for your taste buds and your own sanity, I suggest you look elsewhere. Trust me, your taste buds...

The personal handling the order is worst. We told him specifically that we want flavour fun pizza which is one plus one combo. He made us fool and told us that those flavours that comes in the combo are not right and we have to chose from the other available menu. Later after billing we got to know that he charged us more by making us order from different menu rather than the combo we wanted resulting in higher bill. One should not fool the customer and rather than rectifying his mistakes he told us that it can’t be changed. Never coming here again because of such bad...
