SUNFEAST INN — Restaurant in Assam

My favorite spot being the bar on the second floor. Their smoked chicken tandoori was awesome. Chilly prawns were good but could have been better with a tad less salt. Mushroom chilly dry fry was delicious.

The staff, special mention Papu, Mintu were very friendly and helpful, tending to all our needs.

Food is awesome. The ambience is very much alike to any good bar in Guwahati.

They have a big screen for playing music videos or sport screenings. The seating arrangement is cosy and much to likes of any customer.

You can ask for Hookah too.

The best bar in the outskirts of Dibrugarh,imo.

Absolutely horrible & worthless service, the staff seems to be more interested in the final billing so they can go home, rather than customer care. There’s zero concept of service and manners, the male staff aren’t even aware of how to talk to female customers. Food is base level acceptable. They don’t have back up power, and the place goes into blackout without fans and ACs. They try to simultaneously cater to young groups, kids below 12 (which is illegal in an active bar) as well as senior citizens. Oh and - beer glasses have dirty stains from previous customers, they refuse to wash them even if you request. This place was good earlier, but the new group of staff are horrible and unable to handle base-level customer service. I will avoid this place at all costs, and I strongly suggest everyone reading this review...

Well I did not have a pleasant experience at Sunfeast Inn. We left the restaurant without having anything. Went there for dinner but had a really bad experience. We ordered for veg tandoori platter which was supposed to take 20 mins to get ready which turned into 50 mins. The platter arrived and it was literally cold. None of the items were hot. We complained and sent for re-heating. Unfortunately no positive response. It was as it is. We had also asked for complimentary chips with beer. Even after half n hr it wasn't served. So ultimately we left the restaurant paying for all the items we had ordered. We didn't get hot platter neither the chips that we asked for leaving the restaurant without...
