I ordered 2 starters, among them, the manchurian I ordered came cold and extra salty 🤮, the paneer pesto tandoori starter wasn't even tandoor. It was just normal paneer with bland taste. They added FOOD COLOUR in the main course ☠️. Falooda was priced at ₹205 and they made it with artificial packaged falooda premix. Annoying experience. Taste is fair, But service is very poor. They take so long to even get you a glass for water. We had to wait for main course for around 30+ minutes, even though it had just two regular not so special sabjis and couple of rotis. Even after this much wait we were given wrong sabji and had to wait for another 15 mins. Attendants get overwhelmed by even slight rush in restaurant and are not at all apologatic for their mess up...

We had booked Banquet Hall for 35 people with diamond package. We got worst service , banquet hall is not maintained at all, not cleaned, AC doesn’t work, No generator backup.
