I had mixed experiences at Advaita Restaurant over multiple visits. Initially, when I ordered via Zomato and dined in during less crowded hours, the food quality was impressive. The Advaita Special Biryani was outstanding, and their Lemon Chicken was also very tasty. However, my last couple of visits left much to be desired.

*Hygiene & Cleanliness The washroom and hand wash area was extremely unclean.

Furthermore, during my recent visits, I got a brief view of the kitchen from my seat, and it appeared unhygienic. Cleanliness in food preparation areas is crucial, and this was concerning.

— Service & Payment Issues— The service has deteriorated significantly. During my last visit, the cashier attempted to mislead me regarding my credit card payment, insisting it wasn’t working and pushing for UPI/cash transactions. However, upon closer inspection, I realized he was manually entering the amount incorrectly, causing the transaction to fail—this felt like a deliberate attempt to manipulate customers into paying via certain methods. This is unacceptable.

Food Quality Decline Due to high crowd volumes, the kitchen staff mixed normal rice with biryani rice, compromising the dish's authenticity. Additionally, I noticed paneer pieces mixed with chicken in their Lemon/Dragon Chicken preparations, which is highly problematic, especially for those with dietary restrictions.

Final Thoughts Advaita Restaurant had the potential to be a go-to place for good food, but poor hygiene, service mismanagement, and questionable food handling practices have severely impacted its credibility. If you plan to dine here, I highly recommend double-checking your food, especially if ordering chicken dishes, and ensuring your payment method isn't being manipulated.

Had Unlimited Non-veg thali, Personally didn't like the service nor the food. Maybe other dishes were good. Kabab was undercooked, which was served late. They try to force for bottled water or soft drinks. Only one person was good enough to check on the customers. Probably he was owner/ Manager. Others Doesn't have the expertise or interest regarding service. I see lots of reviews here from customers who gave their 1st review here. Had went at 6:30pm as listed time yesterday. They told it opens at late 7pm. Service improvement needed from table services. Else, won't see this restaurant going for more than 1 year with loss. Not in the menu, onwer said two chapati for unlimited thali. They served only one, didn't argue with them. If you going for one time for quality of food. Do enjoy your meal. Don't keep expectations. Else, you ll also be disappointed. Hopefully they will learn to serve cooked chicken when you dine in next time. God...

Tried Advaita Special Chi Biryani, I was impressed with the taste and quality of the rice, it reminded of Meghana’s or Narmada’s Boneless specials. Rice was very well cooked, and taste was good. It only felt short in the marination of the chi pieces of the masala. Some of the pieces seemed not well cooked and the marination had not sinked. Other than that it was all good. If they can fix this one, I think they can be quite on par with Meghana’s and Narmada and can have competitive pricing. Biryani costed me ₹230.

I’m also taking away a few marks for cleanliness and hygiene. The place is not kept clean, including the washrooms and basin area. Please, you guys are doing good, and I’m guess you guys are also new. Please ensure hygiene and cleanliness....
