First visit - Took South meal and rice was not boiled properly and sambar or rasam was not warm.

Second visit - Again I took the same south meal. First time they charged me 168 rs. veg rice bath was given in small cup along with meal. This time they charged 230 rs. This place is always crowded at lunch time and one needs to stand in the queue for 15-30 minutes to order the food, which is completely fine because of the crowd. But after standing in queue and placing an order what will you get back?
