Ice cream is good 👌. Every time I visit this place I always enjoy the roasted almond ice cream with friends ☺️ also blue berry cheesecake is recommended!!!

BUT, there is always a BUT!! why do you always complain that OTP will not come due to network issues for utilising the apsara wallet points????? Not once or twice or thrice, multiple times you tell same thing and do not let customer spend the wallet points?! I have around 120+ points and when can I be able to spend them? Is there any time during the day in which there will be no network issues??? Or do you simply want to tell customer that there is a network issue so that wallet points will eventually be expired?? This store cheats the customer by delivering incorrect order if it is ordered online. I had ordered ice cream through Zomato. My order had 2 small scoop of Alphanso, 2 small scoop sugar free pista, 1 small scoop falooda and 1 REGULAR SCOOP roasted almond ice cream. But delivering small scoop roasted almond ice cream was delivered. When called the ice cream parlour, they answered back very rudely and alter when asked they told that they will adjust the difference amount in my next order from their store which I didn't agree as we may not order again as we rarely order ice cream. I have tasted Natural ice creams from various outlets across Bangalore but Apsara is no way close to it's competitors. We tried sugar-free orange and Kesar pista but it did not meet expectations. Kesar pista surely had essence and artificial colour because it did neither have original Kesar nor pista and it was too yellowish in colour. Secondly the sugar free range is a good concept, I chose the orange and the staff was cordial enough to help me taste a sample. But guess it was not fresh. Packed on 5th May (that too hand written on box) lacked authenticity. Till date I have not seen any natural ice cream having validity date more than 7-15 days, here it was 30 days, proving preservatives are more. Will not head back neither recommend to anyone.
