Brindavan Grand — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I usually go this hotel for breakfast...used to eat breakfast and lunch sometimes...today ordered Mysore masala dosa...85rs...prepared by some bihari guy...it is fully stuffed by uncooked onions, vanaspati and garlic paste...worst taste experience...told to staff , he was reluctant to take feedback...more over posed it as hotel Taj...i travelled and experienced good food at multiple places being in govt service...this hotel manager guy showing attitude and commenting on customer's taste...i didn't like his behaviour and declining food quality..hope after seeing this review owner will do some modifications in preparation of food and chef too...if not,it doesn't matters to me... people have lot of alternatives in varthur...good hotels build on customer feedback and humble nature of staff,looks like u guys doesn't bother about customer feedback and...

We visited Brindavan Grand for lunch when we had visited the su registerar office at varathur. There is a service hall on the first floor and self service area on the ground floor. We went for the service hall, and the day we visited some party was on so there was some confusion. As there was a party going on, there were initially no waiters coming to take order but when we informed that we aren't a part of the group, they got us different tables. The service was decent and food was average. We tried north meals, South meals, channa bhatura and curd rice and they were okay. Butter milk that we ordered was...

Earlier when i was new to this area i sticked on to this place even though the food is not worth for the price they are charging. As others mentioned if you doesnt have an option then go for this otherwise no. My last experience in this hotel was when i ordered chola bhature and mushroom fried rice...i got a huge mud stone which is double the size of chana in my chana curry but when i complained them nothing response.....and the mushroom rice they prepared was without salt when i walked near to the counter they offered up to salt to mix and eat which is absolutely insane and thats the end of my visit to...
