Had the worst experience in Copper Chimney Phoenix Mall tonight. At 10:30pm, we went to have dinner with my family and the Manager told us the waiting time was 15-20mins. We waited for 30 mins and when we asked him for a table, he says you never asked me for a table, so I can’t give you one. He was so Rude and the attitude he had was absolutely the worst.I am a 6 months pregnant woman with 2 little girls below the age of 10 waiting for so long and then this bloody guy has the guts to show me this attitude in front of all the people.

Worst part is his behaviour towards us, he literally harassed us and did not even bother to apologise or offer us a table.

I need a response from the copper chimney team or owner regarding this. Do you think this is the right attitude your staff should have? Was he paying for the food i was going to order? Harassing a pregnant women with 2 little girls and her family at that hour of the night is acceptable?

If this Manager in Copper Chimney Phoenix mall is not fired, i will take this case to the consumer court and see to it that your restaurant will pay for the harassment, insult and inconvenience i have faced.

The reason why I am giving 4 star is because of ambiance or else it was 5 star rating from my side. Ambiance is nothing here. 0 star for ambiance. But let me come up with things that made me give 4 star. The food is awesome here. Amazing taste. Foods here tastes better than any other restaurants in that area. Quantity is also quite good. Let me tell you best part is that it is very cheap here. For two people bill will come around 200 only. If you wanna try good food in ullal main road please give a try...
