Urgent Complaint – Extremely Poor Hygiene and Service at Domino’s
Dear Domino’s Team,
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at one of your outlets. The level of hygiene and customer service was shockingly poor, which is unacceptable for a reputed brand like Domino’s.
Lack of Hygiene – The cooking area did not appear to be maintained properly, raising serious concerns about food safety. Additionally, the tables were left unclean for a long time, making the dining area unhygienic and unwelcoming.
No Staff at the Counter – When I arrived, there was no one available at the counter to assist customers. I had to wait unnecessarily without any communication from the staff.
Worst Customer Service – The employees showed no professionalism, and customer care was unresponsive. No one seemed to take responsibility for addressing customer concerns.
Poor Time Management – The staff had no sense of time, causing unnecessary delays and wasting customers' time. Orders were delayed without any proper updates, making the experience extremely frustrating.
This level of service is completely unacceptable for a brand that promises quality and efficiency. I request immediate action to improve the hygiene, service, and staff professionalism at your outlets. Kindly address this issue and ensure that customers do not have to face such poor experiences in the future.

Read moreI recently ordered garlic breadsticks from the Domino's outlet at Mahalakshmi Layout through Swiggy. To my surprise, the garlic bread arrived without any seasoning—just plain bread. I decided to visit the outlet to show them what they had served, expecting a resolution.
However, the experience at the outlet was even more disappointing. The manager informed me that the seasoning was out of stock, which is why plain bread was sent. Instead of being apologetic, she was arrogant and stated that the refund would be processed to the Domino's account. I requested that the refund be credited to my account, but the conversation took a turn for the worse.
Another staff member rudely told us to stop talking, claiming that we were dragging the argument. When I insisted on an apology for their mistake, he blatantly refused and told me to raise a query instead. Their dismissive attitude was highly unprofessional.
Finally, they promised that the refund would be processed within 48 hours, and I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I hope I get my money back as promised.
Domino's management needs to seriously train their staff in customer service and soft skills. A simple acknowledgment of their mistake and an apology could have made a world of difference. Based on this experience, I can only rate...
