Domino's KR Puram: Avoid at all costs!
Absolutely terrible experience with Domino's KR Puram outlet tonight (April 21st). Placed an order on Swiggy at 9:28 pm, expecting delivery by 9:58 pm as per their 30-minute guarantee. The order arrived a whopping 35 minutes late at 10:25 pm.
Here's where things went downhill:
Unreachable Delivery & Restaurant: Calls to the delivery person went unanswered, and the restaurant number provided on Swiggy was invalid. Absolutely no way to contact the outlet! Uninformed Delivery Person & Rude Manager: When the delivery guy finally arrived, he was completely unaware of the 30-minute guarantee. He connected me to the store manager, who was unbelievably rude. Not only did the manager deny the policy (which is clearly advertised!), but they also refused to acknowledge the delay or offer any kind of compensation. Order Snatched Away! After repeatedly trying to reason with the manager about the guaranteed delivery, they simply refused to deliver the order! To top it off, the delivery guy snatched the order back from me and left without a word. This is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. Read moreHorrible delivery guy with a very rude behaviour. Some guy name Mahaja or something like that came to deliver my order and just went off without delivering. It was 40 mins late and this horrible attitude. I asked him for the reason of delay and the manager details to talk to the manager and he just ran off.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin with this pizza from Domino’s. As soon as I opened the box, it looked like the pizza had been through some sort of rough journey. The cheese had half slid off, sticking to the box like it was trying to escape, and the toppings were just thrown on there without any thought—like someone didn’t care how it ended up.
The crust? Soggy and sad, completely overwhelmed by the mess of toppings. The whole thing was just a disaster. It didn’t even look appetizing, let alone taste good.
