Five Star Chicken — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I am completely disappointed with the food provided at the Five Star Chicken branch in Baiyyappanahalli. It’s not even worth ₹20, and it feels like this branch is seriously damaging the brand’s reputation. It's unacceptable to have such a poorly managed outlet in such a busy area. While I was there, I noticed that many customers were complaining about the same issues.

To make matters worse, the staff casually mentioned that there’s no stock available due to supply issues. How can such a well-established franchise fail to maintain proper stock at their outlets? Instead of addressing the problem, the store personnel provided unreasonable excuses and responded rudely, despite the fault clearly being on their side.
