Goli Vada Pav No. 1 — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I come here pretty often and mostly have the crispy vada pav. There is a very amazing textural experience to be had with this vada pav type since the crispness of the vada works very well with the soft pav and elevates the experience. I have also had paneer Supreme, classic, masala and the schezwan vada pav. The schezwan is most definitely not for someone weak with spice. Depending on the preparation I'm assuming, you either get a relatively harmless but still spicy vada pav or you are kicked in your face with the insane spice that makes you tear up and beg for any form of respite. They also give you any number of chillies you ask for which I would recommend having but it is also necessary to keep the numbers in control.
