Hotel Pepper and Salt — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Previously 1year back seems i had mixed review food was ok. Yesterday i went with my wife and ordered mandi rice worst no taste rice not cleaned and cooked properly and i asked for chicken lolipop he said we don't have that and asked for pepper chicken it was also worst i had never had pepper chicken like this v can clearly notice by seeing and taste of food negligence in cooking, and as we can't eat that pepper chicken i ordered for kabab atleast is that will be good. That was also too worst completly burned in oil most of them are halfly became black no taste seeing that came to know this was done before like 1 r 2 days back when we order they will lay in oil make hot & bringg. Because if this kabab will be completly burned and become black. This is Arabic style hotel ambiene is not good its ok but i had tasted in other places if ambience not good also food will be very good. But this is very worst Don't ever never take your family for lunch or dinner 100% people will regret...

Although I have eaten 'Alfahm Mandi' from many places, it is a different experience at 'Hotel Pepper and Salt'... That was absolutely amazing! Perfectly balanced flavors, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection... It’s a must-try for anyone visiting this hotel..The polite behavior of the staffs and management makes the customer more satisfied..

The texture was like a dried chicken. Not family friendly. Also the food is worst. I tried mutton Biryani. The mutton was 🤮. Rice and quantity was good. Wts the point if I eat mutton Biryani without mutton. I think they forgot to mention that they serve 2 days old food. Also if you see the video u get to know why i said that.

It used to be the best grill chicken back then. Now they serve old and leftover food. Better go to other nearby...
