How was the food taste?? Chill pills Ice tea- this was the wow in chill pills, was cold and taste full with the pudina leaf giving the yummy taste

Cold coffee- was served with a scoop of ice cream with the cold coffee

Lemonade- it was the cloudy pudina lemonade was having complete punch of lemon tangyness ‎ Welcome drink 72% dark chocolate - it's 72% of chocolate and rest is of cocoa butter, milk and sugar It was okok to drink

99% dark chocolate - it's complet of chocolate which is ment to be bitter,but I didn't feel that bitterness,

classic chocolate shot - this was a normal chocolate 🍫 shot with 50%-60% of chocolate, hot hot chocolate drink 😋😋😋

Conversation fillers French fries with white chocolate and jalapeño sauce - this is a jus'Trufs special wr the white sauce is made up of white chocolate (cocoa butter) and jalapeño sauce which was served with French fries which had few herbs sprinkled on it, the sweetness of the sauce and the crispy and crunchy of fries was crazy 😋

Mains Plated meals Fish grill -pesto sauce - it's fish fillets which is grilled, which was served with their own in-house green basil and Walnut pesto sauce

Cottage cheese -arrabbiate sauce - it's cottage cheese slices served with their in-house arrabbiate red sauce

Italian palette (pasta & bakes) Black olive with sun dried tomato pesto It's the white sauce penne pasta

The wheel of cheese-pizzas The smoking chick wheel - it had the fresh tomato & the herb sauce, with the toppings of complete naturally smoked breast meat and olives

Classic Indian wheel - it's completely a veg spicy wheel with Fresh tomato and herbs sauce topped with tomato, onion and capsicum

The burger stack The beanie burger -it's the veg burger with protein rich burger patty layered with caramelized onions, jalapeño & cream cheese

The cold wich Hunt The cool Chicks wich - it's was a classic chicken which is smothered with mayo, and I love it, was yummy and juicy

Tatter salad wich- classic potato & lettuces sandwich generously smothered with the mayo

Mains home curries Hot danddeli chick curry - it's their special uncle's fiery chicken curry, refined over 6 decades of entertaining, made with their in-house danddeli masala, which was served hot and spicy 😋

Hot danddeli veg curry - this is same but it's the veg danddeli masala, was completely yummy

Dessert Cheese cake- it was good with the taste and the quantity

Red velvet with cream cheese - this was so cute and wish I could have eaten more

I ordered half a kg tiramusu cake along with two lemon tarts and two blueberry compote cupcakes. I have been taking cupcakes, tarts, and quiche from just tru'f from a long time now but never had ordered cake before. This is the first time I ordered and I did that over a phone call to the mentioned nos outside the Cafe. As these are Covid times I didnt mind paying higher but I wanted to order from a trusted place for hygiene sake. So I placed my order with the cafe manager and she was very friendly. I love the vibe of this place and the people who work here but I didn't have d best experience this time. I ordered one day in advance and collected d cake myself as I stay close by. The first concern I had was that the boys on the counter were not wearing mask. The second concern I had was the packaging box was flimsy and when I asked for a bag he had none. I was irritated by then as I was paying a high amount for a good service and product and was not getting any. I did shared my safety concern with the store manager on a chat on watsapp. However, to my dismay the response to my polite feedback was on a defensive side. She informed that they have installed Shycocans and it kills viruses inside the cafe and owing to which no one wears masks inside the cafe working area including her (nearly 35 people work there) because the equipment installed takes care of the covid virus too. I am sorry but I have my concerns owing to two factors here; one I would anyways have the staff wear a mask to be sure as food is being handled and second is that the defence of Shycocans is not fully proven against covid virus so its better to be safe. I can't rely on any questionable hygiene practices specially in covid times. The second part i didn't like is the response to customer feedback. This was less then welcoming specially on a major concern like hygiene. I really didn't feeling like sharing my feedback on packaging to her as it was my mom's bday and small happiness these days is what counts. The last feedback I have is for tiramisu. It was having over powering salty notes, much more then the classic coffee notes or mascarpon cheese taste that is expected taste from tiramisu. This cake was lease of my favorites from Just trufs. It was not relished by my family as well and it was not having a good tiramisu taste at all. The cream cheese was dominant and somehow we didn't enjoy it. We also found two strands of hair; one in the cake and second on the side of the inside box. No one in my family had opened d box before so i am sure its not ours. However,a head cap is also something i would recommend to the staff here while handling food. Anyways, I will not order cakes or maybe other items for the time being from just truf mainly because of the hygiene concern and second the taste and third reason would be because of the nonfriendly customer approach to feedback. I personally don't like establishments who don't take customer feedback seriously. Unfortunately very unhappy this time. Specially...

Jus Trufs - An interesting place in a very silent place of north bengaluru.

I see this place everyday on the way to my work. I have seen this place growing day by day. I think 2 or 3 years back been to this place just to check and brought some home made chocolates which were in spoon shape. i was like amazed the kind of chocolate seeing there and all handmade/homemade fresh chocolates.

After these many years again they have grown up to proper restaurant, so wanted to visit this place form long time.

The place, ambience is simple and one corner you will find comfortable sofa set and all others are wooden chairs n tables. They are comfortable too. They definitely have to look into their air-conditioning it was very high and cold too. all of us in the house had tell the staff to turnoff the cooler as it was very high. i have dropped the same feedback in the feedback sheet as well.

As soon as you enter this place if you observe or if you are keen on the chocolates, they have displayed plethora of chocolates. All are home made. I dint get into more details as the staff is in hurry with other customers to serve but i couldn't get much information.

And also they have chocolate making tours and all different crazy stuffs they have. you have to visit once to experience what i am saying to see on your own.

Coming to food part, we had ordered Pizza, Panner, Pasta and Cheese cake.

The Black eyed wheel pizza - is okok, not lived up to our expectations.

Pasta with SRK's sauce - is good and well made, tasted good with orange sauce.

Cottage cheese - Arrabbiate sauce is nothing but 5 cubes of panner with tomato onion garlic chutney. which was very made.

Baked Cheese cake - which i personally dint like, may be i should have tried jus cheese cake, will try next time.

Definitely a different place with passionate people, would like to visit you and talk to you about this place in detail sometime. will visit back again for sure. you are doing good, try to improve upon couple of things. would like to visit the theater place sometime.
