Just Bake ,Tirumenehalli store — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Hi Team, Recently on 9th Jun 23, i had ordered the Belgium Truffle Cake, Donuts and some muffins (Order NO - JBWED00167955) for nearly Rs. 1150/- including 75/- delivery charges from Just Bake, Tirumenehalli Store for birthday celebration but the cake which we had received is not at all good, very bad taste, fully dried (Basically, It should be soft & good moisture) and we got insult before our friends due to this low quality cake. Even local bakeries are providing good quality cake & better than your Just Bake. Even 10Rs cake also comes with good moisture & soft but 500gms cake doesn't have cold nor softness. This is utter waste. If you couldn't provide quality cakes then please shut down your shop & go home. Don't waste people money. When come to Donut, we couldn't cut it from knife also. It is very much hard and we had given to street dogs but dogs also couldn't bite. Imagine how much worst product they had delivered to us. Fully worthless and we didn't expect this from Just Bake. We had ordered online just because considered it is a brand and they provide good quality cakes but our money gone waste. I will never order once again from this store nor recommend to any one specifically from this store. Waste of money & one rating also is not worth. If possible,...

this review is not aimed at thirumenahalli branch, but just bake as a whole* JUST BAKE is a brand that is least bothered about customer satisfaction. The cake quality was bad , so I reported, these people collected the sample.. and after 3 days they just said cake was fine. when I asked them to send the report, they kept telling all lies and said we need more cake to give u refund, I said it's lying in the fridge , come and collect,... then they ate like mam please take the complaint back, excuse us this one time.. they don't even behave well with their franchise member.. my 2kg cake just went into the bin.. with no return or refund... I have complained till date twice at different branches and both the time..I faced same issue... the worst is.. just bake doesn't have customer support.. because they are just focused on money and selling cheap cakes at higher cost.. the honey cake of a local baker is far better than there very costly cakes, most of the time.. getting a cake of good taste in just...

I had embarassing experience with these folks. I ordered Hammer cake below of 1 kg. I am pretty sure the actual weight of the cake would be 250 GM's or less. The weight of wooden hammer was also included. The cake could not be served to even 6 people, you can imagine the embarassment with guest waiting. Even the ostrich egg is bigger. Our moment was spoiled thanks to Just bake. You guys keep increasing the price but don't care to add few gms to the weight. I would recommend Google to add -ve rating also as I feel you don't...
