Kaapi Katte is an absolute gem for anyone who loves authentic South Indian breakfast at budget-friendly prices. Their filter coffee is hands down one of the best in the city — strong, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. It’s no surprise that people flock here just for a cup of their kaapi. The coffee counter is placed separately, right outside the hotel, making it super convenient for a quick grab-and-go experience.
What really stands out is the pricing. Every item on their menu is priced under ₹40, which is a rare find these days. The dosas are crispy, golden, and served hot — medium-sized and just ₹30, offering unbeatable value for money. Apart from dosas, the rest of the menu also maintains excellent taste and consistency, making this place a favorite for regulars.
The only drawback is the limited seating. There are just two slabs available for sitting, and most of the space is designed for standing and eating. During peak hours in the morning and evening, the crowd can be overwhelming, but that’s a testament to how good the food is. The fast-moving queue and efficient service help manage the rush well.
Overall, Kaapi Katte is a must-visit if you’re a filter coffee enthusiast or simply looking for a quick, satisfying, and pocket-friendly meal. Whether you’re stopping by for breakfast or an evening snack, this place delivers on both taste and value. Highly...
Read moreKappi Katte is a fast food kind of a hotel which offers south style breakfast menu at a comparatively less price. But in the name of providing food for less quality they all are not concentrating on basic things like cleanliness, customer experience and other things. When we look from the outside hotels cleanliness looks a bit OK. But if you closely watch the kitchen area hygiene is bad. We took pulav, idly ,vada, dosa, coffee and Badam milk. The taste of pulav was below average. Idly and vada was decent, dosa was very bad. Coffee and badam milk was OK OK kind. The staff of the hotel are rude. They are not aware of the importance of customer experience. Just because they are giving food at a lesser price they behave as if they are giving it for free. In addition they won't give the customer copy of the bill. The bill is taken when they give food. On top of this they won't take 10 rupee coins in spite of RBI guidelines. They deny to take it. Footpath is encroached. These people should visit Taaja Tindi near katriguppe and in jayanagar and learn from them about managing low cost hotels effectively. I suggest this hotel only if you have no other choice. Last but very important thing the hotel management should look into these small but important things only then they can retain customers and be successful in...
Read morexperience with its limited yet delectable menu. The standout dishes include the Ghee Masala Dosa and Pongal, both bursting with flavor and served to perfection. Accompanied by an array of awesome chutneys, these dishes are a true delight for the taste buds. Despite the limited selection, each item on the menu is crafted with care and attention to detail, ensuring a memorable culinary experience.
One notable aspect to remember is that Superb Darshini does not serve sambar with any item, but this doesn't detract from the overall quality of the food. Additionally, the coffee and tea served here are also commendable, rounding off the meal on a satisfying note.
Overall, Superb Darshini offers excellent value for money, providing patrons with flavorful dishes that leave a lasting impression.
