Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had one of the worst dining experiences at Nana's Café. From the moment we walked in, the service was terrible—staff were inattentive, rude, and seemed completely disinterested in helping customers.

The worst part was when my pizza arrived with a strand of hair baked into it. When I brought it to their attention, they took the pizza back, only to return minutes later claiming there was no hair, clearly just removing it instead of making a fresh one. That alone was unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the food was well below average—bland, poorly prepared, and definitely not worth it. On top of that, they even served us on chipped and broken plates, which was both unsafe and unprofessional.

Am sharing an experience happened yesterday. Nanas cafe is our go to place where their dine in space is built with good ambience.Food used be good always.Thinking this we ordered chicken manchurian from there via swiggy it cost Rs275including GST.We got delivery very late.Telling about the quantity it was very less.We were expecting some decent quantity which was not.Chicken was looking like kind of old and not even fresh.Coming to taste it felt like ok but again not that great.Me and my husband was discussing "Is this from nanas cafe?" Because whenever we go have food from cafe they do serve the best.This was the first experience ever happened!There by next morning I fell sick because of food poisoning and doctor confirmed of bad chicken or food from outside casued this.Still i am recovering and whole plan for the day got spoiled. We were not expecting this....
