New Udupi Grand — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I have visited here number of time it's nearby to my office area and also it's right in front of this shopping mall called Om collections. Usually during lunch or sorry have a teddy bear with my colleagues you had to separate section the the cell service and the staff service section. and my hometown is udupi as well so I kind of find the similar taste in the se hotels as well I think Udupi grand or related udupi restaurant are found everywhere in Bangalore. I had opportunity to taste all different vegetarian foods here. I Usually visit here when I am starving and that's the reason I don't have any images of the food I ordered like pav bhaji, paneer sandwich, bhelpuri, dhai Puri, Oreo flavoured ice cream, gobi manchuri, curd rice as such. no compromise in taste and quality of the food all though the pricing seems high, anyway compared anywhere else this seems worth. I have experienced self and the staff service. Staff and the owner of this branch are very friendly, professional and they are just on their toes.There is no delay in preparing the food or serving the food. only difference is you have to give order and take the token if in self service and rest is the same the waiter will take your order if you are taking the staff service. if you are taking away parcel food also there is a different counter where you can wait for your food to be prepared and taken away, this way the floor is intact and there is no delay in getting what you ordered on time. There is quite a parking place and it is maintained well with the interlocks so it's so good and amount of space for two wheelers as well as the four wheelers. I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. I ordered two plates of Mangalore buns, but was given bonda instead. When I asked for the correct order, the staff yelled at me. They eventually brought me three buns on one plate, and I had to remind them that I had ordered two plates. To make matters worse, one of the plates they brought me was completely empty. This was the first time I've ever received one plate of food and one empty plate when I ordered two plates.
