I visited Popeyes and ordered the Cheesy Cajun Burger and onion rings. The burger was moderately tasty; the only standout feature was the cheese-filled patty, which added some flavor but wasn't enough to make it exceptional. However, the overall flavors felt unbalanced, and the seasoning on the patty didn’t shine through. The bun was soft but didn’t feel fresh, and the toppings were minimal, leaving the burger lacking the zest and freshness I expected.

The onion rings were quite average—only 4 pieces in the regular portion, and they were excessively oily, which dampened the experience.

Vegetarian options are very limited, which might not appeal to those looking for more variety.

The restaurant does offer a lot of seating space, which is a positive aspect. However, the evening ambience was disappointing due to a large number of big mosquitoes flying around, making it uncomfortable to enjoy the meal. It feels like the management could do more to address this issue.

One of the worst experience at a QSR in India. The 2 people handling the counter - The lady and the manager were very unprofessional and RUDE!!! They have either not gone through the basics of customer service OR want to get the store CLOSED!!!

They took the order for 3 BOLD chicken meals... and I very CLEARLY told them that I wanted FANTA and not the COKE while placing the order... But they forced me to take the COKE as they billed for Coke WRONGLY and I suppose they cant replace it with FANTA as there will be a stock mismatch!!! REALLY?????

I don't know why customer should be made to suffer for their carelessness!!!
