Samskruthi Grand — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Thanks to food delivery apps, options for food delivery for south Indian breakfast has increased over the past few months. Though we have tried a lot of places and we have our favorites, wanted to try Samskruthi Grand yesterday for breakfast. Had ordered thru an app for Butter Masala Dosa, Rava onion dosa, Vada and chow chow bath. Overall, food was oily. My understanding of a Rava onion dosa is that it would be neatly perforated and crispy however this dosa appeared just like the regular masala dosa (infact I got confused with the dosas) and there were no onion or extra onion as per my order. Both the butter masala dosa and Rava onion dosa's taste was below average. Vada was soft but definitely lacked the crispiness and was oily. Chow chow bath was the only item out of all the above mentioned which was above average in taste and quality. Like any other Karnataka Sambar, the sambar was sweet. Kurma curry also came in the packing alongwith the sambar. I was too soon to react that the chutney was missing (I simply cant have south Indian tiffin without chutney) but later came to know that the chutney was packed beneath the dosas and vadas on a plastic sheet (please see pics for better...

I recently attended a friend's baby's 1st birthday party at Samskruthi Grand party hall, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the food served, which I found to be quite good. The dishes were particularly enjoyable, and the taste of the food overall was commendable.

However, while the food was a definite highlight, I did notice a couple of areas that could be improved upon. Firstly, the atmosphere in the rooms, especially the area where the food was served, could benefit from some enhancements. The ambiance felt somewhat lacking and could have been more inviting and aesthetically pleasing. A more vibrant and visually appealing setup would have added to the overall experience of the party.

That being said, it's worth mentioning that the service provided by the staff was efficient and courteous. They were attentive to the needs of the guests and ensured that everyone was taken care of...

Very bad quality of food. Who put green color in noodles? Not only the sight of food, taste was also below average. I ordered noodles from them through Zomato and it was my worst experience ever. I clearly mentioned in order instructions that there should be no mushroom, even then they didn't follow. Few days back I ordered Kadai Paneer and butter naan from them and same thing happened.
