Subway Nidagatta — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I went to this branch with my family today afternoon and had a horrible experience. I wanted to eat BMT, so I requested this lady for one foot long BMT tandoori, she said it only comes with 2 types of chicken slices and not tandoori chicken. I was surprised initially and told her BMT stands for Big meaty Tandoori and how it doesn't come with Tandoori, but she kept insisting she was right and I had to pay for it as extra or add-on. Then I opened my phone and showed her, but she was adamant and stubborn and did not believe me. I told her forget it, make me a footlong tandoori. I asked her to toast the bread without cheese and not to add the meat as many times meat which is cold doesn't get heated up properly, now the genius gives me gyaan that she couldn't heat the meat separately and threw me "take it or leave it" attitude, but I kept my calm and requested her she could intact do separate the meat from the bread and there is a small oven underneath her which can use to heat up the meat for me. Yes, I knew there is another oven down specially for this purpose and I am not coming there first time. Now she was already in bad mood as she doesn't like anyone telling her work. She somehow did it by weighing exactly the meat in her weighing scale and even removing that 1gm excess. Finally the bread is toasted, I asked her to put the meat and put one round of mayonnaise before you put the veggies, that's it all hell broke loose, she said there is no way I could put Mayo before veggies as I am breaking the rules and there are CCTV watching us and she can't break the rules. My wife who was watching all these said to her no one is breaking the rules if you puto Mayo first, I just kept my mouth shut, took the order and wanted to get out from there. Never will I ever visit this subway.

Hi everyone ,This is thrisha i would like to share some experience about this subway gubbi cross yesterday we were from Airport evening i had visted this subway i ordered for a peri peri wrap and a salad .. *service was good every where i see .. i did not like the way they wrap the tortilla as the sauces come out as it will be so ugly to eat it in other subway as i have visited yelahanka, esteem mall.. But here he had stuff the sauces first and then good amount of vegetables that too wt i asked for .. thanks bro! vegetables in salad was perfect for that price .. *The one black mark is there is no handwash

overall i got my wrap and salad perfectly done with all small small steps (means not being on hurry to get on to other customer,cutting those cucumber,capcicum,and tomatoes gave me a perfect...

Hi everyone, I would like to share experience of subway which is located at gubbi cross , I have been to many subway Restaurant , But this was the best ..And the best thing what I observed is experienced faculty and staff. They would welcome us in a very positive manner * best in wrapping the sandwichs . *Especially good communication skills of staffs. I Guys if iam not wrong just arrange some hand wash sink .. I had a Rosted chicken strips sandwich it was newmerously done by the staff members ...it was very tasty ... Well deserved staff members Thanks guys...
