Unpleasant Dining Experience at Krishna Cafe on 11/Feb/2024 Dear Management @Krishna Cafe, My purpose in writing to you is to express my profound disappointment regarding the recent dining experience my family and I encountered at your establishment on the morning of 11th February 2024, between 8 to 9 am. As patrons who appreciate the significance of a positive dining experience, we were left disheartened by the events that transpired during our visit. We had ordered a simple breakfast comprising idly, dosa, and poori at the cash counter, duly settling the bill and presenting it to the food counter for preparation. Regrettably, the service we received fell far below the standards we expected. Despite several requests, the food took more than 30 minutes, and to our surprise, the items were not served simultaneously, even when some were ready. This delay and lack of coordination were quite perplexing, considering the relatively uncomplicated nature of our order. To compound matters, we were approached by your supply incharge, who questioned the adequacy of our payment. It is important to note that we had meticulously provided a list of the three items ordered along with the corresponding payment. Such an inquiry, especially in a public dining space, was not only unwarranted but also embarrassing. Equally distressing was the behavior exhibited by certain members of your management team. Their approach towards customers, particularly females, was unprofessional and unsettling. The confrontational manner in which they interacted with customers, including accusations of insufficient payment, was reminiscent of an unfortunate power dynamic rather than the respectful customer-service relationship we anticipated. The overall atmosphere created by these incidents was uncomfortable, with several customers expressing dissatisfaction and engaging in arguments over delayed and improperly served orders. It is disheartening to witness such chaos in what should be a relaxed and enjoyable dining environment. After serving food on table suddenly noticed micro dust were falling on table and on over our food.. when I turned back cleanning boy was bromming the floor have requested to stop it later another person in white shirt made him restart bromming when I raised objection on dust flying over cleaning boy stopped again within 5min same incident guy in white shirt seems purposely doing it . No respect on customer or the food they eat.
Pls educate that idiot on cleanliness hygiene and some manners. Server was humble and apologized for his idiotic behaviors. Even he scolded him(sever are controlled by these white shirts i guess even sever had that respect towards customer n food they eat) but this idiot kept ordering that poor boy to broom around us he was struck between us and this idiot( white shirt guy) forced him to broom. Totally disappoing behavior and v asked to pack all food as on table and left the place but I didn't fail to tips the sever atleast he did his job respectfully.
Have been visiting your place last 1.5 years suprised the way he did purposely. Multiple time same idiot had taken care of the table we sat. several time i never failed to tip him min 50rs. Looks like audacity comes over time when business picks I guess.

The staff at the coffee counter gave me a coffee with sugar, even though I had clearly asked for sugarless. When I went back to inform him, he rudely claimed that I never mentioned it.
The first time this happened, I didn’t even touch the second coffee he offered because of his unfriendly attitude. Since then, I’ve been extra careful while ordering, as I always drink sugarless coffee. I will never forget how unpleasant that experience was.
This time, he went a step further—he yelled at me, telling me to stop using my phone while ordering, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I had to confront him because it wasn’t my fault. For a mere ₹15 coffee, if the staff treats customers so rudely, even when the mistake is on their end, it reflects poorly on the business.
