I had a horrible experience with the service and quality of the cupcakes. Please never order from here. I paid Rs 4851 for their Mario cake and custom Mario cupcakes. I had the party at 1 PM and they confirmed they will deliver it before 1 PM but I ended up getting the cakes at 3PM. The birthday guests had left and it was extremely upsetting for my 5 year old and he cried on his birthday. They did not call and apologise or let me know there would be a delay. They simply mentioned one of the customer representative forgot to update the timings. Also, the cupcakes were horrible and the cakes were dry and hard. It was almost not editable. My son did not even have one full cupcakes and all the guests left the cakes as it is. I demanded for the manager to call me when there was a delay instead he just delivered a sad cake for the delay. I would strongly suggest no one should order cakes from here at least for important events because clearly they don’t seem to care for ruining...

It was my dad's birthday and I had ordered a chocolate truffle cake. I got it delivered in the afternoon to cut it in the night. When we opened the cake, it was burnt from inside and had a very typical burnt taste and smell. I think the milk used was burnt. When I complaint the next day, they promptly picked it up and promised to review and revert. Haven't heard from them since then. They aren't responding to my calls and messages. The pick up guy said he was only responsible for pick up and cannot do anything and sales team isn't responding. I guess they were in a hurry to pick it so that I don't share it with othersbin my apartment and spoil their reputation. Very bad experience. Order on...

They basically make the yummiest cakes according to me. The cakes are freshly prepared. Taste delicious. Fresh spongy texture. My personal favourites here are - Red velvet😋 - Available in square n heart shape. *Not sure if other shapes like circle etc r available. The heart shaped red velvet gives 'Valentine' feels. The cake is light, mildly sweet, delicate.The icing usually falls off the cake. Chocolate Truffle cake - Again yumm, with the flavour of dark chocolate, the cake tastes yum and heavy coz of all the chocolate cream.
