The Cakes Floor — Restaurant in Bhandara City

It was such a bad experience at first as they charged us extra money(200rs) just bcoz we bought cake from another shop and celebrated birthday at cakes floor but isn't it common and allowed at all the other cafe's out there ? And the main thing was they didn't tell us this beforehand but after when we were done with the cake cutting so that we were bound to pay the charge and talking about the food the garlic bread was not good at all it was just a normal bread with cheese over it and some sauces which was not at all a garlic bread. Overall other food which we ordered was good.

This place is for non cultural and lusty collegers... Even manager also don't have any manner or responsibility toward adults he is busy all the time in nonculturals... So if you want to come to eat here then don't come to waste your valuable time in worst place. If you are adult and give order then he will not listen to you he will prepare whatever he wants... ...

We usually visit this place and day by day experience getting worst. Basic requirement are not available. Everything including water and glasses are with extra charge. Worst service. Took more than an hour and half to serve our order. The amazing thing is we complaint to the owner and still there is no change in anything. He was so casual like nothing...
