Real Paprika Bharuch — Restaurant in Bharuch

We booked for a birthday party around 2 September for a booking on 15 September. We paid Rupees 500 as a reservation amount. On 15, when we went there, we saw that our room was reserved already for another group of people even though we had reserved first. When we asked the manager, he told us that they had accidentally booked two parties that day so we were given only half the room. We adjusted in the starting but it became too crowded. Also the service was horrible. A guy literally spilled a cup over a man, not once but THRICE. The variety of pizzas were limited to about 4 and then the pizzas started to get repeated. No one came to us to ask for any drinks (except water in the starting). We had to go and ask 3 times to bring us coke and fanta. Horrible atmosphere and service. The food was okay. I would recommend one to rather go to Papa Louise. Never ever think of coming here. Edit : We booked for 500 rupee . On 15, we paid the rest of the money for about 20 people. It charges a premium in comparison to its competitor US Pizza (229 vs 200) but gives a very BAD experience. The decor is cheap with cheap plates, cheap chairs, cheap cutlery. The servers are not trained. The pizzas are abysmal and the ambience sucks. Also, the place is very dirty, does not look clean at all.

I confronted the Owner regarding my horrific lunch. He was in DENIAL, and told me that they have a "Better" product than US Pizza or for that matter any pizzeria. He was not ready to accept that his offerings were poor. Didn't see much hope there. So kindly ignore this restaurant.
