I visited the Bharuch branch of William John's Pizza today around 10:10 PM, well before the official closing time of 11:00 PM. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.

To begin with, the soup served was cold, and a significant portion of the salad and starters was already over. I didn’t complain and quietly took whatever was available. When pizzas were eventually served, I was asked if I needed more salad, and I politely declined.

However, when I inquired about the main course — which had already been cleared from the buffet counter — the staff began making excuses. Instead of addressing the concern, one staff member told another to serve ice cream, which is typically the final item served, clearly implying that we should leave.

When I asked again about the missing items, especially the main course and desserts, the staff became rude and dismissive. Shockingly, even the manager responded with taunts and refused to acknowledge the lapse in service.

It’s extremely disappointing to be treated this way, especially when arriving well within operating hours. The lack of professionalism, unavailability of food items, and unacceptable staff behavior made this visit unpleasant.

RACIST STAFF. DON'T EVER go to this RESTAURANT. TOTALLY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. I was there with my sister for her birthday. Ordered unlimited * 2. 30 minutes in and Me and my sister were still eating and the staff from counter with black shirt forced us to empty the table and checkout, coz there was a couple waiting to get a table while we were still eating. Why they can't get other seats? Why was I the only one forced out of my table? Why the staff couldn't tell other customers to empty their table? Why the couple couldn't wait for their turn to grab a table? Totally Unacceptable and RACIST behaviour towards us. Extremely rude behaviour from the 2 staff with black shirts. There were tons of customers who were occupying table for more than 2 hours. Now that we were FORCED out, we'd no other choice but to leave the restaurant. Our subtotal was 595 and I paid 600 in cash. Now this person from reception holds ₹5 change and my bill. But I was only handed the bill and the receptionist didn't let go of my ₹5 change, he held it so tight. In the end I had to let go. And that ₹5 goes straight to the pocket of that receptionist. Is this the way of forcing tips out of customers? I won't ever go this place ever again. Totally ruined the birthday mood. I would suggest each and everyone of you to not go to this restaurant.
