"I visited Hotel Rolex in Bhiwandi with a group of friends, including doctors, for lunch on 7/8/2023. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. The waiter and manager displayed rude behavior, which was disappointing. While the food was decent, the chapati served was not fresh. We expressed our concern, but our complaint was not acknowledged by the waiter or manager. After we expressed our frustration, the waiter brought another chapati that was even worse – it had a strong, unpleasant smell. This level of service left us extremely dissatisfied. Even the owner did not seem to take our complaint seriously. I regret to say that I won't be returning to this hotel and cannot recommend...

Food was really good...but the staff and manager were rude...I had to ask to start AC for like 5 times, then they started it in fan mode and after 5 mins they turned off the AC. I was frustrated but the restaurant is not a place to make a scene just for AC. But there was no proper ventilation that's the reason I asked for AC..The food is definitely good but the staff and manager should be courteous to the customer complaint and should take proper steps to minimise the same.
