Absolutely terrible experience. This was my first order from Zaika Pizza Hub and it couldn’t have gone worse. They promised delivery in 30 minutes, but the food arrived after 2 hours—only after I kept calling again and again. What kind of service is this? To make things worse, the food was completely soggy, tasteless, and damaged. I understand there was rain, but that’s no excuse for such poor planning and zero coordination.
