SAFETY ALERT: Avoid visiting after dark - Urgent attention needed from authorities
Date of visit: [7.6.2025] - 11 PM onwards
After watching the 8 PM show of Housefull 5 at Cinepolis Bansal Plaza, my family and I decided to have dinner at Rani Kamlapati Station. What should have been a pleasant evening turned into a deeply concerning experience that I feel compelled to share.
The Problem: Found intoxicated individuals sitting my car hood in the parking area Multiple groups openly consuming alcohol throughout the premises Complete absence of railway police or security personnel Parking staff refused to help when approached about this situation No visible security measures to ensure family safety
Impact on Visitors: This situation has effectively made the station unsafe for families, especially during evening hours. What's meant to be a public transportation hub and dining destination has become a gathering spot for anti-social activities.
Call to Action: Railway authorities: Please deploy adequate security personnel, especially during peak evening hours Bansal Group management: If you wanted to make this a place for aloholics and not for families and decent people then you have succeeded . Your reputation and family-friendly image are at stake. Kindly do appropriate measures. Fellow visitors: Exercise extreme caution if visiting at night
My recommendation: Until proper security measures are implemented, I strongly advise families to avoid this location during nighttime hours. The lack of safety measures and staff accountability is unacceptable for a facility of this stature.

Read morePathetic food and service. The 'Chai Ho Jaye' outlet delivered food so shockingly bad, it makes a train pantry car look like a Michelin-starred establishment. We waited a torturous 40 minutes for reheated, utterly spoiled bhajiyas. Raw, pungent, and clearly on the verge of rot – one bite was enough to send me reeling. I threw the rest away, terrified of contracting food poisoning. A hundred rupees for this garbage? It's an insult. They should be ashamed of serving such filth. This isn't just bad food; it's a health hazard!. Even earlier I experienced such a thing with another outlet in One walk selling momos. Please avoid these shops at all cost . Better eat at reputable chains like "f for fries" Or " mcdonald " in Bansal one. There's also romeo lane restaurant on the second floor with amazing...
Read more5 stars for the cleanliness and parking, and the fact that it's open 24 hours. We work late nights when sitting on editing a film or such works. It's a nice break to head out late at night and grab a snack and tea. The best part is that the place feels absolutely safe, even at 3:00 a.m. or any of the odd hours. I hope they come up with more variety and restaurants, as right now it's just a couple of snack places and a juice bar. Bombay Chat place is my favourite eatery here, and The Garlic Bread is good too. Indian Tea House is always a dependable option for good chai and...
