I went to Guru Kripa Restaurant today for dinner and ordered chole bhature. When the bhature was served, it was full of oil – so much that when I pressed it, oil started dripping. It seemed like they were made in old, overused oil because both outside and inside the bhature had small black burnt oil particles. This was clearly visible, yet the chef and waiters still served it.
