Ek kanawat hai, har chamakti cheez sona nahi hoti wo ispe fir hoti hai...all that glitters is not gold ..fits to this place ,I just read reviews and I curse myself why I didnt read earlier and wastwd my time and money, iam writing this review at 5 am in morning just because I woke up with high acidity of last night food I had ...just after taking a pantoprozole I felt I should give a review to people not to waste their hard earned money just because its similar name to haldiram... Food quality I should say they need ro learn that restaurants are made to serve by giving taste not looks Ambience ...cheap crowd and management is like you will feel bhojanalaya they shout like u heard at dhaba or bhojanalaya.. I ordered deluxe thali thinking they will serve me max and quality but ...same frozen used for mix veg and pulao ..paneer was so hard I felt its the lowest ever had in bhopal ...no presentation..no cutlery I had to call again and again to take order ..chhola bhatura not worth the rate they should come and check at lalchati they will know the real quality And manohar off course Shakes not worth he rates ..just add syrup and scoop of ice cream and make money is funda Sweets were a bit ok ok Chaat was like I felt why the hell I ordered so forcefully made and served .. Overall ,experince is bad ..bad ..worst ever I have checked most restaurants of bhopal this is the first I wanted to review so people not waste their money ...just for looks Bhopal me swaad aur safai sirf manohar me mil sakti hai baaki logo ko restaurant banana to aata hai dikhawe ke liye par khana banana aaj bhi keh sakte hai ki dilli dur hai...(indore nazdeek hai waha jaiye sikh ke aaiye ) Rates manohar se costly par uske jaise ek cheez nahi...I can write whole day for this restaurant ...dont waste time and money Minus marking system bhi hona chahiye...

Pathetic service and Food experience again!!

We were group of 8, visited the restaurant last night around 9:30 pm. When we entered the restaurant there was no one from the staff to attend us and help finding the place to sit. Luckily we found a table of 6 empty and arranged 2 more seats to accommodate our group.

As soon as we settled down, the waiter came in and suggested to shift upstairs and inside. Come on Tilakram, you would had done this earlier as soon as as we came in or when we struggled alone to sit comfortably. None of us knows there' were dinning place inside and upstairs. Anyway, when I mentioned the same thing to the waiter he arrogantly replied 'main to bata raha tha Jahan baithna ho bath jao'.

Seriously! We are expecting better service and attitude of staff when visiting such eatery. There was a presence of staff person available at the entrance door all the time which we observed but he was not helping any of the customers rather gazing at them and giving creepy vibes.

You have to seriously take this comment and I believe there were similar previous comments on service management as well otherwise your complete infra spent would be a waste. The only benefit you are having is the location where unfortunately there is no other famous or spacious restaurant at the moment but this would not be the case forever.

About food, Cloe Bahture - It should be named Chana Bhautre there was no choley. Honey chilly potato - Best Idli - Avg Rabdi jalebi - Good Paneer and plain Dosa - Avg Chilly Paneer - Poor - Was not dry and seems to be with gravy Noodles with Manchurian combo - Avg

Advice - Please use garam masala less in your food and focus on staff management and...

One of the worst restaurant I have visited in Bhopal. Date - 16 Nov 23, visit time - 10 pm. 1- serves cold food 2- even when informed, they try to convince the customer that it is just made. We ordered three plain dosa, two were cold and 1 was hot, I informed the waiter, he took it away and got the same dosa back saying they just made it. I don't understand how out of three 2 can be shivery cold dosa and one can be hot. 3- the manager dint even address the issue and on top of that they were giggling and laughing about it. Managers present were, Mr. Harendra Tomar and Mr. Dharmendra Negi.

I am here for football nationals happening in People's Public School, I would definitely suggest all the team managers not to visit this place and spoil appetite of their students and neither I will take my team here anymore. I would suggest the owner to do disguised visits very often cuz I saw that already many more bad reviews are there but i can see that the behavior and working has not changed...
