Been to this place for couple of times for dinner. The ambience of the outlet was pretty good. Have booked the table and got the table soon I reached the place with no waiting time. On my last visit the restaurant wasn't cleaned properly as I could see cocroaches over table. (The rating is less for this) Anyway, it's a beautiful rooftop restaurant, perfect for dinner dates and family outing. Has a soothing ambience. I loved the tent canopies. The rooftop enviornment is very asthetic. Live BBQ counter is a plus to it's service.

Speaking about food, must try the Hyderabadi chicken biriyani, two biriyani enough to serve 3 people, however the price is little on higher side. Must try Shanghai chicken dim sum. We ordered many things. But the seafood items were all amazing & were fresh too. I loved the tandoori Pomfret & Bali prawn. We'd ordered Non veg platter, Chicken Steak, Palak paneer, Roti. I recommend it. Coming to the drinks, have ordered Blue heaven and Virgin Mojito. Drinks were okay in taste. The presentation of the food was nice. All are served with right temperature.

Staffs were polite. Efficiency of service was poor as they takes much time to serve a dish. This is my breakdown review. Overall, It's an amazing place. This place is an absolute disgrace. We came to Cabana Terrace Lounge expecting a chill evening and got the worst treatment imaginable. First off, the service was painfully slow. We waited forever just to get basic attention. The staff looked annoyed just to be doing their jobs.

But here’s the kicker: one of the staff members actually said, “If one person at the table orders alcohol, then everyone must have alcohol.” EXCUSE ME? What kind of backwards, money-grabbing nonsense is that? Never in my life have I heard of such a ridiculous, made-up rule. It’s not only unethical—it’s borderline coercion. We’re adults. We order what we want. That’s how restaurants work. Period.

When we pushed back, they got defensive and rude instead of apologizing or explaining. And of course, when the food finally came, it was garbage—cold, flavorless, and slapped together like they just stopped caring. Total ripoff.
