Pathetic Manager forces you to make purchase of the merchandise even when you're placing order. He should atleast have some manner and decency to not disturb customer while they are choosing what to place order.

The rascal manager suggested me to add choco chips to the "Cruncy Shake" - Now crunchy, as it sounds, should have some crunchy items but not here. Here as per the staffs, the crunchy shake is plain and you need to add extra icecream otherwise it won't taste good. If it won't without icecream, why TF it's placed on the menu?

He keeps on giving his free suggestions and we went to add 'Choco chips' and paid Rs.171/- for the "Choco chips" but there was no "Choco chips" in the shake and when we confronted him, he was arrogant and not ready to accept his mistake at all.

The staffs are rude and arrogant AF. They should be sacked or they spoil reputation of Coffee day.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN TIME AND ENERGY - ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BILL AND NEVER GO FOR THE STAFF' SUGGESTIONS. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ITEMS AND TALLY WITH BILL.

(Previous Review) Horribly hearing-disabled staff at the main counter. The music is too-loud near the counter that you order one thing and you get another. When you complain that I have ordered product A (suppose cold chocolate) and they have served product B (suppose hot chocolate), they don't even accept their fault and say that they have confirmed it twice but in-fact they haven't. Cleaning is not being done properly, Checkout my photos where the ketchup was smeared over floor and seating place and might stick to clothes. Food is great in terms of taste but not so good in terms of quantity or price. Needs much improvement in this area. The main issue I found that whoever will be the waiter he doesn't bother when you ask him to speak at the counter about wrong item or even extra tissues. He / She just listens and leave. The staffs are so busy preparing coffee and other items they don't even remain present at the main counter (maybe due to shortage of staff) and you literally have to shout to call them (this is due to high volume music being played immediate left of main counter). Coffee Day, try to improve these grey areas.

I had a really enjoyable time at Cafe Coffee Day during my recent visit. The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. I tried their Cappuccino, Devil’s Own, and the Tandoori Chicken Sandwich, and everything was on point.

The cappuccino was smooth and aromatic—just the right kick to start the day. The Devil’s Own was rich, chocolaty, and indulgent—definitely a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth.
