I recently had the pleasure of dining at this remarkable restaurant, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the sheer beauty of the place. During a recent visit to Zingber in Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar, I had a satisfying and flavorful dining experience. With a warm, modern ambiance and a diverse menu offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, Zingber caters well to all kinds of food lovers.

I started my meal with the Crispy Corn Salt n Pepper, and it did not disappoint. The corn was perfectly fried to a golden crisp, tossed in a light, peppery seasoning with chopped onions and bell peppers. It had a nice balance of crunch and spice – a great way to kick off the meal.

For the main course, I opted for the Mushroom Biryani, and it turned out to be the highlight of my visit. Aromatic, well-spiced, and generously loaded with tender mushrooms, this dish was both hearty and satisfying. The biryani had just the right level of heat, and the flavors were rich without being overwhelming. Paired with the cooling raita on the side, it was a complete and comforting meal. Rating: 4.5/5 I have visited Hermit's Zingiber twice and had a total of 9 dishes, both veg and non-veg. I am impressed! The location is perfect for travelers with a layover at Bhubaneswar Airport, as it's within -just approx 800 meters away from the airport arrival gate on the main road leading to the city. It's an ideal spot to grab a bite or stay for a while.

The interior is beautifully designed in a South-style wooden theme with glass walls and classy unique tables, with a cozy cottage-like ambiance. The space is well-utilized, with ample seating areas and plenty of greenery, adding a touch of nature to the dining experience.

The food is truly exceptional, with unique and delicious dishes that are presented sustainably in Kansa bartan (bronze utensils). Each dish I have tasted has been outstanding, and I would highly recommend the coconut ice cream! Handmade icecreams of all varieties. They have various options.

The restaurant offers a wide range of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The South-style coffee is also highly recommended.

Overall, this Restaurant is one of the finest dining experiences I have had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and ambiance. Don't miss it!
