Koraput Coffee — Restaurant in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation

Great peaceful place for a coffee roll at the golden hours. Keep improving and taking up the game. Suggestions-

1. even after providing multiple bins, people still litter the place which destroys the place in general. My suggestion would be going the German style- Incentivise throwing litter in the dustbin; ie- if the customers want to take away the cups or the sugar packets without throwing them in your dustbins, they would have to pay extra for them. Else if they throw them in the specified bins, they are regular and free. Not many places have implemented this in Odisha or India, but you can try it's a smart move.
2. increase the seating capacity. That's quite obviously big disappointment. So work should be done on that.
3. Staff spoke in Hindi even when I approached in Odia. I hate to put that on 3rd point and not on first because this happened as soon as I first went in and I felt like coming back. Dont know about others but this is a big error in my view as the whole point of Koraput Coffee is to be an indigenous product from Odisha, representative of Odisha. The staff should initiate any conversation with any customer in Odia, if they reply in other Hindi or Tamil then you can use your linguistic skills to do business.
4. Talking about Language, I also feel it's important to incorporate the Odia Script into the logo or brand name somehow, or have separate ones for english and Odia. That would be great as a symbol of tradition, just like Japanese or Chinese or even Hindi incorporate their script in a very creative manner. ( I do designing work too, so if you consider taking my suggestion to a greater level, feel free to mail me)
5. Keep improving on the branding, promotion, distribution, etc sides of the business. Organise cool events and promote on an active social media page for better attraction.
6. One person's feedback won't work for thousands of people who come to the place physically, so have a system which insists every customer to give their feedback, and conduct meetings and plan ahead to discuss every single feedback solemnly to always keep improving. Businesses that listen to their customers, go a long long way....

I had a cappuccino here. Came with lot of expectations, may be the coffee roast was good, the amount of water the cappuccino contained, was way to high. Felt like the owner is trying to make profit by using less milk and adulterating the milk by adding too much water. This spoils the caffeine served. Everywhere I know, Cappuccino is served by topping with coffee power on the froth. Looks like no body knows that there. When I asked the coffee maker, he said this is all you get.

My advise to new customers, if you really know coffee, just don't keep high expectations.

I gave 5 star for the atmosphere, as it's inside Ekamra Kanan Park - and nothing...

Set up by forest department the outlet serves variety coffee beverages along with cookies and brownies. One can also buy ground coffee and beans from them which are available in paper pouches. Coffee lovers must try the cold brew which is only for 70, and wouldn't recommend the cappuccino since I tasted no coffee in it rather felt like some milky blant drink. Note: they dont have water bottles since they aren't allowed to just to by forest department. Damn good place to enjoy your coffee in the middle of serenity of the ekara kanan park. They shut down by 6pm and the sunset is worth watching from the place with every...
