Monginis cake shop, Niladhri Vihar — Restaurant in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation

After purchased a Choc. Mousse and Mushroom puff, the staffs at momginis cake shop denied to accepted Rs.500/- against the bill of Rs.71/-. They tried to ask 71 rupees change from me. As per their quote ,they are accepting only digital payments and there is no change for the cash what I have provided to them. It should be taken care of the management that what should do if punlic came with cash? When I raised my complaint infront of the staffs ,they were politely gave Rs.400/- and for remaining rs.30/- they were guided us to take anything which comes under the amount. It's a type of looting from the public those who are having cash. If this kind of shop not having cash/change for customer,then how customer will approach there? The way the staffs treated me for cash, it's like very worst and if customer satisfaction not meets to you then you cannot able to reach customer like us in future. 🚫❌🚫❌🚫❌🚫❌🚫❌🚫❌ OMG the lady staff should be thrown out... like what sort of attitude she had.....not attentive busy on phone...had to repeat multiple times same order ...i was the only customer there that tym....asked her to parcel some but the way she threw the bag on counter ......worst customer service ever .....will not surprised if this branch closed soon only because of staff behaviour.......Had chicken internet, chicken puff was awesome, tasty and freshly baked 😋😋 Won't recommend chicken sandwich...food was good 😊👍never coming again....will recommend other monginis...

Worst behaviour of the lady staff. She directly tells the customer to get up from the chair so that she sits and have her time. Worst attitude. She Doesn't hear the customer requests and she ignores.
