Based on my experience, the staff and the lady owner are very polite and respectful. The staff always do their work properly and serve with kindness.

However, I’m extremely disappointed with the behavior of both male owners. Today, I visited the place to eat, and while I was dining, the staff provided me with spoons and water without any delay. Everything was going smoothly until one of the male owners arrived. He was extremely rude and ill-mannered, yelling at the staff for no apparent reason. I’ve also heard this happen before — they frequently shout and even use abusive language towards the staff.

This is very disheartening to witness, especially considering that many of the staff members are older than the owners and still don’t receive basic respect. kindly request the male owners to treat their staff with dignity and stop yelling at them. I recently dined at Aadarsh Jalpan and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered dosa, chole bhature, and sahi kachori, all of which were far from satisfactory. The sambar was bitter in taste, which made it inedible. And in chole bhature; the bhature tasted sour, and the chole was undercooked and lacked flavor. The sahi kachori, which I was really looking forward to, was also bitter and tasted stale. When I informed the manager about these issues, they did not take any action.
