CHAI SUTTA BAR — Restaurant in Bihar

I have recently visited CSB Kankarbagh outlet. I have already visited other outlets of CSB but this one was not up to the mark.

First and foremost, let's talk about their food, I have ordered Adrak tea which was processed and it was good by taste; it cost me ₹20 however on the board it was written ₹15. Second, I ate a veg burger which was of rs. 70. I instantly regretted it, because the roadside 20₹ burger tastes much better than this. It was very basic with one thin vegetable patty, one only one slice of onion as vegetable, some sauce and the bun was baked in a lot of oil. Taste wise, only the onion was dominating the taste and the rest was very very bland, it left me with the foul smell of onion. A big thumbs down to burger. Prefer eating roadside 20 ₹ burger at least they have loaded veggies and flavourful patties. 👎

If I talk about, ambience it is good with many graffiti. However, cleanliness is a concern, chairs had no cover and the stains were visible, I was sceptical while sitting on their chairs.

Service wise, the staff members are welcoming, polite but not trained, they served me burger without tissue paper, I had to ask for it while eating burger when my fingers were soiled with sauces, that too they given me one only. Hot tea earthen cups were handed without any tissue which really burnt my fingers. They should get proper training on customer handling and they are trainable.

The place is suitable for students as it is cheap but as per my experience it is not a good option for...

You visit a place with so many expectations, specially after reading so many things about the brand. But then the store makes you realise that the Brand and the Local particular store are two different things.

Saw the innovative menu of Chai and Coffee, expecting something really good. But then things changed: The staff has no idea what item is supposed to be what. Half of the things are not available. Things which are available are prepared half heartedly.

Ordered a Ice Crusher, got the flavoured syrup at the bottom of the glass with cold water on top and then a few chunks of broken Ice at the top. Wasn't even mixed/stirred, let alone prepared well. The Chai varieties that we ordered was simply flavoured tea prepared in machine.

The other food items we enquired about, the cook simply told us that they are all flavours they put in the regular item. Like Tandoori Maggie is just regular Maggie with Tandoori Sauce mixed in it.

I mean, I was severely disappointed with I saw and got, and hence didn't order after the initial order of Chai etc mentioned above. Sorry, but this is a strict no from me in...

So i was excited to review this place called chai sutta bar in kankarbagh. The place is good, lively and has proper sitting arrangements, but the main focus that the whole shop is meant for i.e tea disappointed me. The tea counter was outside and the eatery items counter was inside. So looking the outer tea counter bhut jyada flies the (makhi). Channi pe,jag pe makkhi so the counter was very unhygienic. But at the same time the inside counter was clean and the staffs were taking proper precautions inside. I have not tasted the other eatable items but I am pretty sure ki wo sab sahi honge but the tea taste was like OK good but banane waqt Sach me maan utar gya . Laga yaar kuch toh bhar ka counter ke liye precautionary measure lete. Par let's see agar owner reviews pad paa rhe toh for sure...
