I’m not someone who usually writes negative reviews, but our experience at this restaurant was so disappointing that I feel compelled to speak up.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel unwelcome. After being seated, we were abruptly told to move to a d ifferent table without any explanation. We complied politely, but as soon as we sat down again, the staff member rudely demanded that we place our order immediately, without giving us a moment to settle or look at the menu.

His tone was aggressive and completely unprofessional. When we tried to ask a simple question about the food, he acted irritated and dismissive, making us feel like we were a problem instead of paying customers.

At that point, we were so uncomfortable that we decided to leave without ordering anything. No one made any effort to stop us or apologize. The entire experience felt rushed, disrespectful, and frankly, unacceptable.

I hope the management seriously addresses this kind of behavior. A restaurant is not just about food—basic courtesy and respectful service matter just as much. Until that changes, I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this...

Four points analysis of this restaurant: Food Quality and Quantity: Food quality is good in taste but quantity is little bit less as per the pricing. Ambience and Staff: The ambience is very good and it will give you very warm and peaceful vibes sitting next to the Ganga River and enjoying the food. It have outdoor, indoor and rooftop for sitting.Staff are supportive.

Location: It is on the bank of River Ganga. Also,you will be able to visit one of the famous Temple Harihar Nath Temple. Parking : Here the restaurant have enough parking for 2 wheeler or 4 wheelers.

Overall,the location and ambience of the restaurant is very good. It requires little bit improvement in the food quality .
