D' Hoot Cafe & Kitchen (Bailey Road) — Restaurant in Bihar

I would rate a maximum 2 based on my experience today. एकदम घटिया। एकदम बकवास is the voice of my soul. Suffocating environment Low floor dining table. The table must be atleast 1–1.5 feet above from the sitting chair to dine properly. They served packaged drinking water of excusive collection means doubley priced bottle. No normal water was even asked. Even only 2 glasses were served for 9 persons (including kids). The food quality is worse than the street vendors. They have placed rusted Tin cruet for the table salt. Wasroom gave the feeling of some dharmshala. Service was okay that's why I've rated 3 on service.

In nutshell it was full wastage of time , mood & money. I don't know how a few people have rated them 5 star. It's a one star property. Plz visit this restaurant at...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place left me no choice. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and dull. The lighting was poor, and there was no warmth to make the experience enjoyable. The food was just as disappointing. What I ordered took more than an hour, and it tasted not up to mark.

To top it off, the staff were rude and inattentive. They seemed disinterested in taking orders, didn’t offer any suggestions. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are far better options out there where you’ll actually feel welcomed and...

Food and hunger is what comes into our mind when we visit a restaurant ... But tbh hoot is the best when food comes in our mind but today when we visited it after a long time first we saw a mouse roaming around and later our food was delayed for more than half a hour and we were served food in chipped crockery also we ordered a pizza... Usually pizzas are served blanch with oregano, pepper and sauces but when they served us they forgot to serve us additional sauces and seasoning when we finished our pizza 5 min later our seasoning were served I really need to say the poor servings but I really appreciate the food...
