Domino's Pizza | Mirzapur, Darbhanga — Restaurant in Bihar

Hi Dominos Team,

This review is in regards to my last order that i placed on the dominos app on 07 Feb 2024 at 07:49 PM. After waiting for an hour at around 09:00 PM IST, I get a call from delivery boy M Arbaz who rudely asked me to come one km away from my home to collect my order or he would cancel my order. Eventually after having a argument he delivered my cold pizza and garlic bread at 09:15 PM IST.

At 10:00 PM IST i get a call from a stranger shouting and identifying himself as a manager. He arrogantly told me that my house which is exactly 3 KM from outlet is not a deliverable area which was a blatant lie. When I told him I used my current location pin from 'dominos app' and placed order, he sounded abusive and was behaving as if it was a favour done by dominos darbhanga outlet by delivering food to me late by an hour. When I asked his name and question if he is even a manager of outlet, he was arrogant and he refused to tell his name and honestly speaking he didn't even behave like an trained dominos manager. Something really wrong with darbhanga outlet.

Requesting dominos as a brand to take action against these unprofessional staff in turn protecting themselves from spoiling brand reputation. Hopeless...

1st When I came to knw the new outlet was open near my location i was excited. Today when I visited my excitement turns to disappointment because when I want to pay from card they told me we had not swiping machine after that i feel hot inside becz the AC was not working the normal water facility not available.... finally the big disappointment is here i ordered regular Margherita cheese brust it was 90% bread and only 10% myo inside there were cheese. Not felt like cheese brust pizza becz i am regular customer of Domino's other many outlet before I visited I had a good experience from ambience to stuff they served.
